Busting 9 INSANE Sonic Frontiers Myths!

For myth 2: you can fight wyvern early but it has to be after you activate the chase cutscene. You don't need to do the hsp. Just trick jump straight to wyvern lair and the boss music will start to play

Technically, on top of Shadow being mentioned, two of his stages from Sonic Adventure 2 are in the game for Cyberspace Same with Classic Sonic, three of his Generations stages are in the game, and he appears in a flashback

Myth 2 is entirely true. I don't know how you missed it, the speedrunners do skip this island ^^'. First, you have to do the first encounter with the Wyvern. It takes five minutes, you only need to free Knucles and unlock the first emerald. Then, you go in the final boss zone. The trigger is physically present near the spring which is near the circle lake. Once you walk there, the boss appears at the top of the tower and the music changes. Just like the first island. You just have to go up there and you can defeat the boss, with just a single emerald. The current world record finishes the first two islands in twenty minutes, and that's because the player entirely skips the first two islands except for part of the tutorial and the beginning of Ares. EDIt : I'm too late. I am no Sonic T_T.

I did the Final Mission skip (y'know, the crane one lol) by legit just jumping over (yes it's that easy) and I didn't trigger the boss fight no matter where I went, but once I got on top of the platform (the one closest to the tower which you use grind rails to get onto) the boss fight triggered for me for some reason. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I'm not to sure how to explain it.

3:50 I don't know. After looking into the story it makes perfect sense to me. Also I believe it was mentioned Ouranos was meant to be superglued to Kronos as well as Rhea but it was scrapped. Also you can use the map to see if it was connected or not.

Myth 5 is actually true because if you fly high enough in Kronos or Rhea Island you can see Ouranos Island underneath the water.

You can actually skip ares island and go to the boss fight but you have to do the sequence where he chases you. After you do that just go to the area where you fight him and just run around until he spawns.

When I was trying to turn off the 6 towers I saw a little spot in-between a little creek and when I went to go see what it was I saw that it wouldn't let me go through but then I saw that it looked exactly like the first island so I think that the 2 islands are connected

For the ares island skip you have to run through a specific area to trigger the fight if you do it right wyvern will scream at sonic

I have one mythical if you use the super sonic mod or during the final fight like the end if I do could you possibly wire around it in the mini game type thing with the shooter

In an earlier version of Kronos, I think switch version is the one that still has it, the 3 islands are one massive island with proper paths connecting them.

For the 2nd myth you have to trigger the first Wyvern chase for it to work

funnily enough I actually encountered a glitch on Rhea where I did get the power boost without max rings, but Sonic was only at speed level 20 or something. Idk how, but my max ring count was 532 and I only had 522 rings on me, but for some reason the game thought I was at full rings? The ring counter had the electricity effect and I had the power boost, but rings were definitely not at full. I do actually have a slight theory on what could've possibly triggered it though. I had stood still for quite a while bc I was also chatting with a couple friends on Discord, and because I spent a few in-game days longer on Rhea than normal, I managed to get a starfall on Rhea. However, the starfall cutscene triggered at the exact same time as the 'full rings' cutscene. In fact, when the screen faded to black I was fully expecting to see the power boost cutscene, and was in for quite the surprise when I saw shooting stars instead ^^' I think the starfall cutscene triggering at the exact same time as me picking up the last few rings I needed to get to full (which iirc I did with a cyloop) resulted in the game getting a bit confused and just activating the power boost since I technically did get all the rings I needed, but because a separate cutscene triggered at the same time it forgot to update the ring counter

Mixed number 2 is true you can skip Aries Island just if you can just look in between any rocks and if you look in between any rocks any rocks look everywhere around the pit and you might find the boss trigger lol

i have a myth try to beat the giganto fight again after you already beat it i have been trying to and it has not worked yet but with enough momentum you could probably do it

myth number 5 is true, if you do a glitch that makes you fly super high (higher than hedgehog space program) you can see the outline of ouranos (nvm you can see it at 12:04)

you do know you can beat wyvern early to triger the wyvern fight you need to go where the game spawns you after the cutscene thats where the trigger for wyvern is not on top of the tower

For myth #2 you need to go past the cyan? Balloons (sorry if I spell wrong) then three like canyons? And touch a bush or whatever it is.

For myth 5 you can see the shadows of the Kronos island if you are really high in the sky
