Hi sandy that fall you had I know someone who did same thing and about a year later they were at work and couldn't get out of the cab of there truck as it was later found out at raigmore hospital inverness that there was damage done to a back disc in lower back and it crumble away and they were sore for a week after the fall but with driving a truck it very slowly doing further damage and a year later it just occurred. Now that guy has back problems ongoing . You are young so hopefully no long term damage. Aye Loch lomond Road catches out so many European truck drivers and coach drivers and drizzle rain the midges just feast on your skin I lived in garelochhead and midges in summer were f the charts seen windows turn black with shear volume of midges thanks for video

up and down the A82 from Tarbet to Fort William every week in a coach waiting to meet you along there

And folk think the A9 and A96 are needing dualled well they are fantastic roads compared with the loch lomond side its just ridiculous for big vehicles especially the narrow rock bits that would be so easy fix

Must admit the A82 Loch side is one road av managed to avoid been up the 83 a few times but always around Glasgow/Dumbartonshire with the work I do sometimes do unit and tug movements with a low loader my self I have slid off the bed on a wet day so I do feel your pain 🙈🤣🤣

Doing that road in a car as a passenger and meeting a coach or truck was bad enough and coaches weren’t so long then. The height of summer must be a bloody nightmare now. Keep the day to day type content coming, like Amy’s diaries it’s interesting to see what the job is really like with the ups and downs.

Sandy have you considered getting the truck Mapped. They can map them up to something like 510 without massively affecting fuel economy or reliability. Few more horses to help get up hills a bit quicker
