The Lounge that everyone other than Star Alliance & Skyteam comes
Enter the iGA Lounge in Istanbul Airport International Terminal
Airlines such as those in One World Alliance, Emirates, Etihad, Oman, u name it, all gets dumped into this lounge
Oh also Priority Pass, dragon pass, etc.
And You can also just walk in and pay a fee of €75 (As of now)
Seriously...?
Thankfully its not too bad

Great review and music selection. I was planning on using it during a 21 hour layover especially for the showers and meals but considering the crowds and the fact that I may not be able to take a comfortable nap it may make better sense to do 6 hours of a sleep pod instead.

its pretty decent luxury lounge compared to the priority lounges available in Heathrow :D will definitely visit when im back in Istanbul! Great review, thanks!

Yeah it’s a decent lounge. Lots of space. Food is a slight let down but above average still.

@@SuiteFlyer BTW, would you say access to this lounge is worth the 28 euro (discounted cost)? I'm travelling through there next month and I worry is that the international terminal would be too crowded and I won't have a chance to rest for my 6h stopover...

I think for 6 hours it's acceptable to pay to get in. U will find some decent seats and quiet area and buffet food. But roam around in the terminal first, if u think its acceptable then skip the lounge. But for 6 hrs, yea, id go for it

I was here about a month before this video, got in via Revolut metal for about 30€ which was pretty good (stayed there for an overnight layover). It was about as busy in this video. The food during the day looks better when I was there, can't remember but I don't think there was any hot food. The bar would be one of the bigger weaknesses, didn't know many drinks at all and the gin and tonic was not the best. Don't miss out on the free showers if you got there though! To the right by the entrance.

U need to check with dragon pass directory to see if this lounge is included. I think it does. Worst case u can walk up to buy.

so many selfish people using a second chair for their feet so they can lie down in their comfort, yet causing others to have a hard time finding a spot. Is it always that busy or only during the day?

It’s pretty much the same level of busy-ness throughout the day. Because anybody who can’t enter Turkish (star alliance) lounge or skyteam lounge, everyone comes to this One lounge. Including priority pass and walk-in paying customers. So it’s crowded. But u also don’t have other options in the international terminal.

i think they say 4 hrs, but whos keeping track LOL, theres no scanning upon exiting, so nobody cares, stay for 48 hrs and no one will notice also lol

You can pay to enter, not sure about the price (someone else commented 75€). I entered via loungekey through Revolut Metal and it was about 30€.

I am arriving in Ist from NYC at 6am Ist time - my connecting flight to Prishtina was at 8:30am but now pushed to 7pm. So, I have 12 hours of layover. Turkish airline is the worst airline when it comes to things like this. It is un acceptable. Last year my flight from PRN to IST was delayed for 2 hours and as a result I missed the flight from IST to Chicago and Chicago to Orlando FL. They put me on a flight from IST to JFK and had me pay for a United flight from JFK to Orlando (MCO) when they should have to paid for it. I called to request reimbursement - they didnt even care.

Haha. I know. I noticed Middle East carriers including TK r pretty bad at riding problems. They all look glittery on the outside, but how forbid any problem, cos they don’t fix it.
