I've checked and we've never received your emails ... please make sure they are going to info at BusyBoxSign dot com. 1) Yes, there is a cover for this always plugged in use case. It's coming soon. It's called the "Modern" cover and will have side doors for each model's plug/jack. 2) The blink mode is coming in May or June we'll include pulse, blink color change and more. Keep updating your app and firmware. We have a lot of cool stuff coming in 2021 as we upgrade the app free of charge. And we have some cool surprises that we've held close to the vest. 3) Integrations are coming as well. We are starting with Google Calendar, voice assistants like Siri and more. The global chip crisis has caused us to redesign the product 3 times since December, so we've had to focus on those actions. But, we are nearly past that (we hope) and will start working on all the other items on our to do list that goes long into 2021. Stay tuned and thanks for your support.

@@BusyBoxSign Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. If it helps, I sent my email on April 23 from timothymusacchio at mac dot com. It's incredibly helpful to hear that this stuff is coming eventually, might be a good idea to put on the website that these features will come later. Your current website makes it seem like blinking and integrations are already here.

@@timmy530 Yeah, the update to the website is in queue and an integration roadmap is coming where people can upvote their favorite integrations. As a startup we have a lot to do and only a few people to get it done so prioritization is tricky. :-)
