I really hope Lando gets to experience top McLaren again because he's been carrying the team and has done serious work for the team . he's a underrated driver imo people just don't appreciate him much because he didn't have the best of start in f1..
@@Simon-kc4ml bro, literally all of Britain simps for him, and they have every right todo so as he is an excellent driver… he is like the 4th most expensive driver on the current grid because he is well rated. And I have not might a single person who is not a fan of or appreciates his craft. Carlos sainz is what I call underrated

Fellow McLaren fan! I liked the 90's and 80's! The glorious McLaren Marlboro livery and the McLaren West livery! Drivers like Häkkinen, Lauda, Prost, Senna, Rosberg. I hope we will see McLaren being competitive some day... Very unlucky for Ricciardo.
I was 11-12 years old then. First and only time I went to a grand prix and the V8 engines would blow the city to pieces. I raced karts and thought maybe some day I'd be able to drive one. Never happened but it's good to see a couple of the guys I raced with getting close (Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan). I miss 2011-2012
oh how i miss when McLaren is sure to fill the first two rows.became a McLaren fan after watching DC win the 2002 Monaco GP and never stop supporting them since even through the bad times.i almost in tears when they won at Monza last year
At some point McLaren will be back to the top for real. The Honda years are behind them, and albeit the new problems that result from adapting to the new regs, they will come back stronger, way more than in 2020/2021, which have been their best seasons in a while.
@@TheStargov Well, one could still argue about the mindset of the team in general that could be better, engineers maybe taking the wrong approach to the development of the car, etc. I believe the case of Aston Martin this year proves that even when you spend (almost) countless money in infrastructures and car development, it doesn't guarantee any amazing performance on the track. Let's just hope McLaren find some amazingly good workarounds to the current regulations in the coming years.
@@tadl3394 that’s the beauty of the new car! (In my eyes) They are simplistic and have beautiful curves . The older cars had way to many corners , right angles , bargeboards and looked cheap .
McLaren needs the Mercedes Star on its front again or maybe a completely new BMW Engine like it (compared to the success with the McLaren F1 in Le Mans).
I think only the brazilians know that Senna won a f1 Mclaren after won this race in a gamble With Ron Dennis and who told this story was the sister of Ayrton

the colouring is better tho... silver cars are best enjoyed on historic footage, now it's just meh, that's why Mercedes is the ugliest car on the grid imo
