Great playing! Brought tears of joy to my eyes to see and hear the latest version of Synthesis. Playing in that band for four years under the direction of the legendary Newell Dayley, with concerts in the DeJong, Homecoming Spectaculars in the Marriott Center, and touring Europe were some of the best memories of my life. I am so happy to know that Synthesis is still going strong 40+ years later.

I don't play any of these instruments (not well at least), but the discrepancies between the audio and the video were blatant for the piano, drums, and bass 😐

Jazz isn't exactly known for its repeatability haha also imagine trying to get a good recording on the top of a building. It would probably just sound like wind and that's about it. Not exactly a great studio recording environment either.
