Grass fed and grass finished means the cow never eats grains and corn (sources of GMO and pesticides) . Some are grass fedd but later eat grains and corn

@2centavos I suppose I'm trusting the intent. Having been a vegetarian for so long, perhaps I'm not the best first hand judge. I know that I don't trust the grocery store. We have a local butcher who admits the lack of demand for this kind of resource...at least not enough to keep him in business. So the structure of this service gives me confidence. I haven't been to the farms first hand but even if I had, I couldn't guarantee what came to my door came from those farms. The only way I could "know" would be to raise and butcher the animals myself.

You would not be unhappy with the meats they send. My family loved every thing the beef was so tender and had the best flavor. The pork chops were so thick I had to split them in half and make two. The ground beef the chicken awesome I would recommend this product to any one. Unfortunately we had to stop our order because the meat was thawed out almost completely when it came.We live in rural NC and it took a long time for it to come. Excellent meats I was sad we had to stop our order.
