What’s up guys! I just love everything butter chicken & here is my absolutely incredible butter chicken burger. A crispy chicken fillet, creamy velvety makhani sauce, dahi waali hari chutney & some laccha pyaaz. If you love butter chicken you can not miss this recipe. A lot of you guys were waiting for this recipe & actually this was going to uploaded at a later date but I did not want to keep you guys always from this incredible recipe! It makes an amazing Sunday evening meal! Have an amazing Sunday! Cheers! (Written recipe continued...) Laccha pyaaz Ingredients: Pyaaz (onions) - 3-4 medium sized Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp Dhaniya powder - 1/4th tsp Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp A pinch of garam masala A large pinch of black salt Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Mustard oil - 1tsp Green chillies - 1-2 nos. (chopped) Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped) Method: Slice the onions in roundels, do not keep the slice too thick, further separate its layers to make onion rings, immerse the onion rings in ice cold water for 15-20 minutes. Doing this step will ensure the onion rings will remain crunchy. Further add the remaining ingredients & mix well, chill in the refrigerator until you used. You can also use this laccha pyaaz as an accompaniment for several dish. Assembly: Ingredients: Toasted burger buns Crispy chicken fillet Dahi wali hari chutney Smoked makhani sauce Laccha pyaaz Method: Toast the buns on the inside, place the crispy chicken fillet, top it with dahi wali hari chutney, smoked makhani sauce and some laccha pyaaz, close with another burger bun and serve hot with some crispy fries & any beverage of your choice.

I made butter chicken using this recipe, and oh my god... This is the best recipe for butter chicken... Ghar wale ungliyan chaat-te reh gaye... Thanks bro... And best part is, making this is very very easy... I fried the chicken separately and then added in the gravy and kept it on low flame for a couple of minutes and voila, best butter chicken is ready... Next I'm gonna be making the butter chicken burger, jiske liye ye video bana hai...

Nice recipe. Instead of frying & waiting the masala on a vessel u can do it is I a pressure cooker with one or 2 whistles. Put oil add onion sauté , tomato & other things stir fry a few se seconds , close the the lid. Put weight 2 whistles . After pressure cools down we can grind. We don’t have to at and in front of the stove. I do do this shore cut way .
