Mashallah, nice. Yes, you are correct. Always ginger garlic should b after onion fried whether it cut or paste for good taste and aroma and also while marinating chicken add some ginger garlic paste as well

I tried it and turned out very good. I added little kasoori methi at the end to enhance the flavour. It makes a difference.
