Nice recipe ,but most importantly, the onion - tomato paste must be filtered by using a filter before adding it to the Kadai , it’ll give you more softness & more taste , you can also see other videos of butter chicken for this doubt .... anyways , you did it so well ... thank you 😊

Hello Steffi...I follow your channel regularly and have tried many receipes. While cooking green chicken, I noticed that the chicken wasn't cooked properly inspite of the fact that i kept it on the stove for considerable time and also the green chutney became too watery. Please tell me what went wrong.

Murgh makhani, butter chicken, the first Indian dish I mastered cooking and in the U.K and U.S is often misidentified as tikka masala whenever the cream is replaced with yogurt or more butter. With jeera rice and freshly made buttered naan is incredible. :) Thanks for this yummy variation!

Madras Samayal Again, thanks and you're welcome. :) I'm as much a fan of Punjabi and Uttar Pradeshi cooking as I am southern Indian cooking. North or south, it makes no difference as most Indian food is far more spicy and flavorful than most western foods. That's why it's my all-time favorite cuisine besides Mexican, Latin American, South American, Thai, Malay, Filipino, Vietnamese, certain regions of Chinese, and Middle Eastern/Turkic/Islamic ones. Spices and fresh ingredients make all the difference.
+Robert Corbell Indian Cooking involves a combination of flavors, i always prefer freshly ground masala to enhance the taste and flavor of the recipe. I don't know if you understand Tamil. I don't understand Tamil much, but do understand a little Hindi and Punjabi, at least the names of ingredients and cooking styles. Besides yourself, I watch the "big three" of Indian cooking on RU-vid and TV, Manjula's Kitchen, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi (the guy who got me into cooking besides my neighbors when little), and Vah Chef. Plus all the little channels and variations on Indian and Middle Eastern cooking styles and dishes. Plus in college, my friend Ali from the Pakistani side of the Punjab as well as Dr. Raj, the professor of geology (and a devout khalsa Sikh from India's Punjab) were amazing cooks and would make and bring all sorts of snacks and goodies to bring to class often. Between earliest childhood and college, I've developed an "addiction" if you will for Indian food. :)
