Great video! My husband loves butter chicken and it feels better to make instead of take out. I have a question; why do you add the seasoning in just the marinade? Could you add more in the cooking or does that throw off the flavor? The recipe is easy to follow and wondering if it’s just cutting down steps
Adding the chicken to the marinade helps it sock deep into the chicken and the yogurt makes the chicken nice and tender! adding more seasoning to the pan after would thro off the balance of the dish. only add salt and pepper in after the tomatoes to help season them a little.
