Smart addition with the butter. Turkey can be kinda dry so the extra fat really adds some much neede flavor and moisture.

Finally an easy 10/10 every recipe is like ok this is an easy recipe all you need to do is ... 38 min later and that's all now put in the oven for 1-1:30 hours and it's done.

I just made this and it is so delicious. The turkey turned out juicy and flavourful. Only thing I would do differently is add more herbs and I added lemon which gave it a freshness.
