Maine ghar me doodh se thoda thoda cream layer ko jama karke freezer me rakhke aa rahi hu. 10 days se lagbhag 300ml cream jama huwa hai, mujhe bahar ke cheese chodke (condensed milk, milk maid or other contents) sirf ghar ka cream se ice cream banane ka iccha hai. Kya ye ho sakthi hai? thank you
Please mention beater level at every step of whipping the cream. I tried your recipes which were great. But I want to know the speed of the beater to be used for whipping low fat cream.
Thank you Ma'am for the amazing recipe. I tried it but when I mixed the cream for the same duration as you told, the cream did not remain in liquid form but I guess it transformed into butter. Can you please let me know where could I have gone wrong? I want to try again.
