+April Palmer Well I wonder if I ever learn this properly, I guess that I won't:) Until you pointed that out, I just didn't see it missing😂 Anyway, thank you for your comment April and I'm glad that you like this page❤️
Silas, I enjoy your mixed media and your different ways of working with the paint and other materials. I'm just getting into doing acrylic abstracts. Its a way of getting a mental break from my daily work as a video editor. I'm using newspaper, sheet music, old postage stamps and photographs. My work takes me often to Paris so I have lots of photos from there I can use. Again, I like what you're doing. Chuck
Thank you Chuck so much, I´m happy you like my projects and enjoy them. And I know what you mean, I started doing art also as a way how to relax from the reality and your projects sound really interesting🎨 Thank you for watching and comment:)
+Sue B Thank you Sue, happy you like this so much❤️ Letters definitely took lot of time, but I like the result too so I think I will be using this stencil with modeling paste again:)
This is the first video of yours I have seen and I'm happy to say I am now a subscriber. Your work is so lovely ! And your video is so well made ~ Clear, concise and so pleasant to listen to and watch.
+Holly z Grace Thank you so much for such a nice comment❤️ I'm really happy you like my art and also thank you so much for the feedback about the video, glad to hear that...
Your creations are beautiful. Thank you for sharing. You are so right; the title was worth the extra time. I love the way the darkness around focuses the eye on the important part of the page. The effect is dramatic.
You do such lovely work, I wondered what you use for the book. Is it an art book with water colour paper or for oil and acrylics... ? Lovely , I will enjoy watching more of your videos... Thank you for sharing .:D
+Ladymay58 Thank you so much❤️ I'm happy you like my art:) It's a moleskine sketchbook, check the link in the description. I don't think it's suited the best for the acrylics (or painting in general) but I always glue two pages together and put two layers of gesso (if I will be using acrylics) and it's working just fine...
Hello Silas, thank you for your comment ... I must admit I have never heard of a moleskin sketchbook , I wonder if it is available here in Australia.. I must check it out .. .... Love love your work... Thanks again.. :D Have a lovely weekend.. :D
Ladymay58 Hi, we do have Moleskine journals / sketchbooks in Australia but there are a huge variety available. my favorite are Stillman & Birn 😊 You can find much online or at your local arts and crafts store.
Your art work is very pretty. How ever, did do know that you made a small mistake in your wording? If you want to use proper English, next time, it would be like this: Freedom Is A State Of Mind. Add the word "A". It makes it more specific to what your trying to say. Giving the statement more meaning. I hit the like button o this page for you. Hit me up anytime I might be able to help you. I really like your art work on your channel. You take care and keep creating.
Thank you Carolyn, happy you like my art🤗 I know that I've made that mistake but I've realized it way too late. I wish I could fix it right know🙂 If you see any more mistakes, please let me know. I'm trying to improve my english. Have a lovely holiday🎄
Wow, you make this look so easy! I'm really enjoying your videos. I love how you added texture with the torn layer it's so effective. I can't wait to see what you do next 😀
Thank you Heidi, I like this technique too but in the beginning it´s always little bit intimidating to start tearing up the pages:)) Glad you like it:)
Another gorgeous page from you. I thought it looked perfect when you glued the ripped edges down and added the distress ink around the edge. The contrast between the black border and that beautiful tissue paper was fantastic. I was a bit concerned when you started adding acrylics over the top, but the finished result is amazing!
Thank you Jackie as always ❤️ To be honest, it wasn´t easy to start covering the beautiful paper with paint, but I knew that my butterflies would be so lost in the page if I hadn´t muted the background that I had to do it....
