Lovely video. I was pleased to see these in your video though. And also the beautiful diurnal peacock butterfly that joined the other for a moment as well. Even those I have not seen here yet. Indeed, like many other butterflies, we are also seeing fewer of these here in the Netherlands. The butterfly's habitat is constantly having to give way to industry, roads and residential areas. And due to over-fertilization, nitrogen and the use of pesticides, few flowering grasslands remain. Well, they need to think more about how to change this or we won't see any butterflies anymore.
