I love it. I know I had to. I got tired of paying to lose hair and my edges. They don't want to care for ur hair. Just do it and ready to get paid. Now I love & respect my hair. And I keep different styles all the time. Buying the hair isn't nothing no more. When you don't have to pay someone to do it "the way they want"

There is a way to make the hair shorter by crocheting the end of the box braids through the middle of it. I think the problem is how are you going to take it out without cutting your hair? People normally cut the loop and the unravel it. Im sure she'll get it out it will just be more of a process. But I love the way the style came out.
Thank you for being very simplistic in explaining! I am very old school and still put hair in without a crochet needle, and I have tried the crochet but it NEVER works for me. I get frustrated. Ok so this was the first time EVER doing my hair with weave. This the SIMPLEST tutorial i've seen and so i attempted and even though it took me three freaking days it turned out wonderful. I used 7-8 packs of hair btw
