actually, theseus was crowned at 11, when he was 14 Phil was assasinated and now he limps from the accident. During the time Phil was being healed, Theseus had to cover his duties as the emperor and it is even written that he yelled at a nobleman for calling him "Your imperial majesty" instead of your imperial highness" which is used for princes, not emperors

When dream said, “He was too young to be a crown prince” at 5:35, I really appreciated that. Ykw? It's because Dream was also kinda against of the fact that his brother, foolish, became the king at such a young age that's why he wanted to grow up fast and to help him carry some of the burdens on his brother's shoulder, but as dream said, foolish wouldn't let him because foolish wants him to live a normal and happy childhood:( And yes, I know this is a spoiler but-^^

Then you remeber in earlier chapters Theseus was supposed to be crowned prince at the age of 11. When Tommy and Tubbo's friendship origins are explained in chapter 5, it says that he was supposed to be crowned prince at the age of 11, and says also at the first chapter, but was changed to 14 in the chapter 6.
