It was working well but safety valve is not of good quality. I have replaced it with prestige safety valve from a shop. But this has not happened in prestige, Hawkins, bergner cookers. So I dont recommend this cooker after long term use. All other cookers are working well with no issues
I recently bought butterfly stainless steel pressure cooker 2L curve. It is not whistling. Steaming is coming out from the side. There is 1 small hole on the lid, is this normal? Please advise.

Recently brought this cooker ...am having water leakage on safety valve....once whistle start to come water wil not leak ...is it normal or I should replace with new cooker sisy .... Kindly suggest it ..
Hi i am using bergner steel kadai for the last 6 months. After each use there is rainbow tint form inside the pan and i clean it with vinegar each time. Is it normal to occure rainbow tint after each use?? And is it ok to wash the kadai constantly with vinegar?
It is normal in ss utensils.. There is no need to use vinegar often like that.. Wash normally with dish soap and water and never mind the stains.. If you need you can use vinegar or lime juice once in a while 😊
From where did u buy? Was it not working in the beginning itself? I am using mine without issues. Plz get it checked, check rubber, safety valve itc.. Fill only half with water and keep in medium burner as it is small
