That chicken looks great. I doubt that mine would turn out so well. I just don't have the experience to know how to gauge cooking chicken without it turning tough. Colonel Sanders original recipe is my go to for fried chicken.

Thank you! It depends if you mean thin cutlets, I would de 2-3 minutes on each side, boneless wings, 4-5 minutes on each side, a whole chicken breast, 6-7 minutes on each side.
