I have a tip for you Tip, and it has changed the way I fry foods! You take a capful of vinegar, and put it in your frying grease ( It's gonna pop like crazy at first so put a lid on it until it stops!)! Doing this stops the flour or breadcrumbs from burning! You'll get through a ton of chicken this way with out having to really strain out your grease! It really works like magic! Thank you so much for coming back, and doing cooking video's! You can tell when someone truly has the gift to cook, and make ordinary foods come out extraordinary! I believe you have that gift!!

I made those mushrooms last night and they were absolutely divine! Instead of regular cream cheese, I used Philadelphia Chive & Onion cream cheese spread. It turned out great! Thanks, Tip!
Hey Tip, I fix the stuffed mushroom for my boyfriend because he love them, but I put green onions, sausage and parmesan cheese in mine, this is a great recipe too that I will try. Thanks for Sharing it, you are an awesome cook, you remind me of myself... Lol

Tip, take a dam rag or some moist paper towels and whup down your mushrooms, that will keep them from absorbing water. They're like sponges they soak up water. When I make fried mushrooms it helps cut down on the moisture. Love your channel.

I need a steak video though to go with them stuffed mushrooms cause Lord knows I've ruined some beautifully thick cut steaks in my oven. 😕. If I had a charcoal grill I'd have ruined that too.
