For Caramel Crunch / Praline :
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashew Nuts - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tablespoon
For Butterscotch Ice Cream Base :
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 6 tablespoons
Doodh ki Malai - 4 tablespoons (You can also use Fresh Cream here)
Milk Powder (Optional) - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour Slurry - Cornflour (1 & 1/2 teaspoon) + Milk (1/2 cup)
Yellow Food Colour (Optional) - A Pinch
Vanilla Essence - Few drops
