I own Kushaq ambition (mid variant)1l at and is very good in terms of performance, feel, mileage . That noise comes sometimes but its fine. I feel that 1.5 with dsg is fantastic but spending 21 lacs on it is not worth because when you spend 21 lacs you expect a bit more luxury and road presence, cars in india is still consider as a status symbol. I rather put additional money to buy octavia or buy bigger suv like xuv700
Yes, i did not find the sound weird nor any of the passengers who sits with me unless i saw some videos about that issue. But overall i am really happy with my car

engine is super reliable , you will not have any issues related to car now. My suggestion buy automatic for 1l, you will enjoy. and if budget is not an issue got for 1.5 with DSG because there is now variant for ambition model in 1.5 engine. But if you donjt have that budget, 1l with AT is also brilliant. it is worth every penny @@ankushgupta4515
You are absolutely right , I just bought slavia 1.5 and it has issues like ac hissing sound , And some other , cant do much since we dont drive it everyday but its clear , you are lucky if everything in your car is alright , but most of the people arent . They need to do something about it

Can you justify the above as a VW biased owner ? According to me Indian made Taiguns Topline should have been priced atleast 20-25% lesser than T-ROC. I liked the video but these are based on personal aspirations. Accidents and power of engine has no relation. In India more than 50% cars are with below 1200 cc engine. I don't know the ratio of accidents with power of engine but have seen more powerful vehicles in accidents. No engine saves you from accident. Less powerful engine with good brakes can help you control vehicle better than more powerful engine. Accident happens because of the negligence of one party. I know a friend who owns kushaq 1.0 AT and has not faced any issue of braking.
I fully support your view, after checking all the cars available in the market for around 5-6 months within the range of 14-15 lakhs, I finally decided to take 1.5MT. I have also driven 1 lt Topline MT, Highline AT and 1.5 GT AT. Huge difference of performance between two engines. On going through your feedbacks in different RU-vid, I changed my decision from highline AT to 1.5. And I am happy.

I have 1.0 TSI Taigun Topline Manual. It's excellent and no problem at all. I feel 1.5 TSI is also good but it's the matter of your requirement. Everyone has they own requirement and needs.

Well i have driven both 1 litre and 1.5 litre i must say 1.5 litre is altogether a different league. If budget is not an issue one must go for 1.5 litre. Also just drive before making any decision
I own a taigun 1.0 tsi automatic for about 6 months and I have no complaints other than the suspension sound in the beginning. AC has been fine. Hissing sound is simply the gas circulating and it might get to some of us. But yeah. AC cools well on 22-23, on Auto with internal circulation. The engine has been a gem on highways as well as smooth in the city. Close to 20k done on the odo as well. Chose this over the creta because it simply felt better.
Very Unfortunate ki Aap ke saath 1.0L ke variant mein aise huya , Yeh issues definately serious thi jaise brake noise , AC issues aur kitne customer affected huye hai . Good to know ki AUGUST ke baad se jo naya batch banaya gaya usme yeh saari problems fix kar di gayi hai . Humare pass 1.0L variant hai jo ki August batch ki hai aur isme koi bhi problem nhi hai extremely refine hai , haa 1.5L is more good etc par cost wise it really value for money and yes test Drive kar lena for 1.0L hopefully koi bhi issue nah ho
What is your opinion about DSG gearbox reliability in 2024.? @@ojasverma4530 Ground clearance wouldn't be an issue since it has stiffer suspension setup, due to which it wouldn't bottom out in speed breakers and potholes.
7 years back I bought Skoda Rapid same problem I faced...My Okhla Skoda (Jai Auto Skoda) did awesome job with and they vanish the noise...!! what they did in a month they clean 4 times rear drum break rubbing and cleaning.
I have Taigun highline 1ltr Manual car.. I just have one issue which is 1touch updown is not working and they told me that they will change the motor and its been one month now and no one called me.

Bro.. Taigun 1.0 Topline manual vs GT 1.5 manual. Which is better in long run. For GT manual I have to compromise on some very good features. Topline has all features, but concerned about smaller engine. I am getting a good deal for both the vehicles from dealer. Onroad price of both cars is very close. Which is better? Pls suggest.

Doesn’t matter the engine option taigun car hi itni achi he engine koi bhi lagado stability and ride is next level but vw ko 1.2 engine lana pdega 4 cylinder tsi ye 1L company ko le doobega me kabhi nahi lunga 1L na kisi ko recommend karunga

Hitesh Ji Average totally depends on how you drive but on highway it will give you overall average of 18-21 easily and in Delhi it depends or traffic 7-12 according to driving style
