"Buy High And Sell Higher" is the dumbest advice for investment. Either the person wants to sell you investment products or he/she has never been burnt by the stock market before.. Many of the CNBC interviewees are active fund managers so take their advice with a ton of salt. On the contrary, Warren Buffett said, "Buy when everybody is fearful, sell when everybody is greedy".
Can you stop getting this guy on the show, either he is really nervous on TV or he really don't know what he is talking about. At first he says that there is not too much money on the sidelines, then when pressed by Scott, he got himself into saying there is 6trillion in money mkts but still deny that there are tons of cash around. I think lots of bright analysts just fresh out of grad school can present a better. case than him.

The Fed is undoubtedly responsible for the Rate Cut. I consider it to be a very serious issue since it will undoubtedly cause more investors to withdraw their money from the stock market. But then I'm still aware of certain investors that continue to earn over $365K. Wish I could accomplish that.
