my sister got married almost 2 years ago. my dad is a carpenter so he made her back drop out of rustic doors. and it can be dressed up in any style you want, so if you know a carpenter (good friend or family member) you might be able to do that cheaper. I do appreciate these tips though. I definitely want to keep our budget down as low as we can, but also stress low too

I really appreciated the suggestion you made on a prior wedding video. I bought the acrylic frames with gold trim from the link you provided and made my daughter’s table numbers. They turned out really cute and were totally her vibe once I sandwiched faux leaves in the middle and used my own vinyl for the numbers.

Thank you Tina for the tips! My wedding is in October and I'm hoping all is well so that we won't have to postpone. So all of your tips are soooo good to get things ready now for then. I'm not a very artsy person, so thinking about getting a Cricut overwhelms me but how do you add lettering, like the one you did on your guest book, on clothing like a bathrobe?

You totally don’t have to get a Cricut if you don’t see yourself using it beyond the wedding! I would say to buy some vinyl or heat transfer vinyl. save yourself the headache and heartache of all the flowers. i disagree with you because no one in my family or friends wouldn't help make them. I also had less people I only had 80 people in my wedding including wedding party.I only invited close family and friends is all.leave all flowers and photographer to professionals.everything else...if you wanted you can diy.I've been married for 11years now
