I just bought this a week ago because of your vids. Thanks Bro. I’m happy. But like you said the highs can be irritating. My fix. I use my fire tablet with Amazon music 5 band EQ. Yup it rocks. I called JBL on this. There 3 band not cutting it. Need a 5 band EQ.
I have a boombox3, I'm very satisfied, I'm very satisfied after the update, it plays more and more balanced sound, the battery is on 70% of the sound time all day without any problems, and when version 4 appears, it will be with a replaceable battery, I think it will be a very nice speaker, not too small, not too big, but the 310 is collecting dust at home although it is better, it is difficult to cear easily
I ordered the BB3 and sold my BB original which gave me about 5-6 hours on full volume on outdoor mode. Please tell me how long will the BB3 last on full volume and bass boosted?
I like the speaker a lot. I returned it to Best Buy due to some bluetooth sputtering issues. On my second one purchased from a different Best Buy location & am experiencing the same thing. Seems like a possible software issue, but idk. Factory reset both the previous one & my current one but am still having the same problem. Both speakers were fully charged also. I saw on reddit where several other owners seem to be experiencing the same problem with the boombox 3. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?
Can y’all help me out: My car don’t have working speakers so lately I been using my charged 5 as my speaker but was considering buying boombox 3, should I just stick with my charged 5 and wait for a boom 4 or is it worth purchasing the boom 3? I typically have my speaker in the center of the vehicle facing forward but at times doesn’t feel loud enough and since it is small, does tend to roll around when I hit them turns a bit hard… Just trying to get some outside opinions
I use my boombox 3 for car audio. Bass is FAR improved from BB2 (that I had previous), bass and sound is great for a portable speaker to replace your sound system and I am more than satisfied. It will not completely rattle your car, but you will feel the bass, and I would probably recommend waiting for the boombox 4, in my experience the BB3 has significantly worse battery than the BB2 , which may be fixed with the BB4
with my boombox 3 well firstly it’s amazing definitely recommend but with mine i went on holiday and left it in my room (bearing in mind the speaker is 3-4 months old) and turns out there was a leak in my room so the speaker went damp and the fabric loosened so i left it near a heater and ever since then i have my personal eq play about 50-70 percent and lasts for about 3 and half to 4 hours and its disappointing
Hi my jbl bb3 is fully charged @ 4 hours so am thinking there is definitely something wrong with the battery. Still on warranty so am taking it back to the seller.
You probably leave it charging all day and night until your next use don’t you? If you do that it’ll fry your battery and the battery will keep draining faster and faster. It lasts me 7-8 hours on 80% volume and 6 on full blast with the bass all the way up. Definitely not 24 hours but you can listen to over 25 songs in an hour depending on you favorite genre
but the wifi version sounds way better with deep bass and much more balanced sound at higher volumes overall the WifI version is much better it absolutely destroys the Bluetooth version. It is honestly worth the extra money I have i got it on sale at Costco for 350 new and I believe it will be one of those speakers that will stand the test of time. It is totally worth it.
