As an older guy...card collector. It's NUTS to me how much $ these younger guys have to deal on cards. I was at a show in Vegas and a 13 year old kid had $10,000 he was buying and selling with... At 13!!!

yeah a lot of the younger kids get $ from their parents lol. I traded with a few younger guys at a cali card show and they told me their parents help fund their card collection with a few grand. They bought some hobby boxes and pulled some good baseball prospects and rookies so they graded them and sold for a good profit. I think they had a tiktok card show and a podcast or something too. Crazy stuff man.

You don’t have to declare cash if your not traveling out the country. If your traveling out the country you just gotta report anything over 10k

Oh !..thanks for the reply !..I’ve always heard that if you have 10K Or more while traveling within the US, you need to tell airport security, because if not, they will ask a bunch of questions, and possibly hold your money until further investigation??

@@michaelfoust-d2k yea I have flown with a lot of cash before and I usually just keep it on my carry on bag and they haven’t ever questioned me and if they do I would just tell them “going to a card show” because that’s the only time I fly with a lot of cash anyway

Roth POD - yes!!! But no couch … do it either before, during or after each card show you go to. Your guest are kind of already built-in as they are already there. Also, keeps your expenses down at first. Maybe later … have a set near home to do your pods from. But it is like a pod in and around the action (I.e., sideline reporter, ringside commentary, etc.). Your vibe in that atmosphere is en fuego!!!
