For a little extra information: Google Maps recognizes the English spelling of that village as “Husiatyn.”

Husyatyn is a city, it is located about 80 km from the village of Gushtyn. The house is located in the village of Gushtyn.

Один сотник це 100 квадратних метрів. Просто множиш кількість сотиків на 100 і пишеш в оголошенні Також рекомендую писати чи є газ Наприклад natural gas line is on the street ,або heating boiler running on natgas,Ну і про туалет і воду. Water supplied by city( центральне водопостачання,water well on property- криниця на подвір'ї,якщо вигрібна яма Пиши septic
