I found this 1981 Chevrolet El camino for sale on the side of the road in someone's yard. luckily I had a car trailer with me so we decided to buy it. Thanks for watching.
man that’s awesome! i was born in 1981 and i used to have an ‘81 el camino when i was around 20-21 yrs old, unfortunately had to get rid of it. i loved that car.
I'm in a similar situation. I'm looking at local ones for sale but trying to decide if I should buy one that needs some restoration or should I buy one that someone has put a crate engine in and restored already. Nice to see others showing these cars some love.
Very good body! I love the color also. I've had my 80 el camino my dad bought in 91 and in the process of restoring. Got a new paint job and wheels in the last 6 months. Frost Beige and torqe thrust wheels. 350 engine runs like a champ!
I bought a black '78 El Camino some few years ago. Put oversized wheels like yours and loud exhausts.. Perfect daily drive And guess what? I live in Italy 😅😂👍
May I ask do you have any tips on trying or where to learn how to work on a elcamino, my dad recently passed and left me his elcamino but I can’t find much helpful videos
@@xavierschneider6274 Hey bud sorry to hear about your father. My best advice is to never sell your dads El Camino. Second thing would be to get involved with an El Camino forum or the gbody forum. There are thousands of people with cars just like yours that can help you. What year is it?
