If I had to give advice to someone thinking of buying a house in Columbus, it would be DON’T. My husband and I have been looking for weeks. Listing price means nothing, offers are going 25k over and don’t even think about getting an inspection, buyers are having to waive inspections for sellers to even consider their offer. Oh, and make sure you know that property taxes are easily 600+ a month. New builds are priced high and are very small.

I know it will work out, but moving from Cincinnati suburbs to Columbus suburbs is getting the best of us. Love your channel and information on the Columbus area, keep up the great work. Bad idea. Every neighborhood overrun with drugs. German village, victorian village, clintonville, short north, you know all the good ones. You will not get a single uninterrupted night of sleep. Ive been trying for 7 years.

Not using video hashtags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media There are a few more reasons. That's why your videos are limited to your channel.
