Wow, at 20 that is such a great time to start building equity. I was stupid at 20. Congratulations! I think it's a great thing y'all decided on a private lender because there's better communication between them and the agent than say, a bank (because the doors shut after 5pm, but what if a client decided on an offer and there's no new pre-approval letter etc). What a roller coaster real estate is huh? lol. Glad y'all got the house. By the way, how did you choose your real estate agent? And why Texas? We are the best state ofc but as a real estate agent in this state I just love to know!
