thanks for watching my video and so many Indian living in Binghamton and this place have different tax amounts in different area like vestal some of the area 4300 year also have 3700 . and some others place have 6000 .. you just need to ask ur realtor they will give you all details.. and you can buy a house here some places 50-60k but neighborhood have issues. and this place also you can buy 100k - 200k with good neighborhood.. Seems good location, house price also good even close to Manhattan (NYC) about 3 hours driving distance but my question is why peoples are more interested to move Buffalo or other locations? I am seriously considering to move Queens Please, someone help me to provide me the reasons.

hey bro, thanks for watching my video, i used to live in Bronx 1.5 years after-that i moved here bcz of my friends and family. but i went buffalo area recently and i saw its like a death city for me i dont know about others please don't take me wrong if i'm wrong. if i compare with buffalo and here its far better and very closed to nyc. here indian and pakistani lived here too .. ... if you need more information message me faccbook or instagram. thanks again. keep smiling

Vi we don’t need to see what we are eating, give important information about houses school jobs and community,we went there 20019 bought houses until now minimum 20 houses we build Endicott Islamic center (moszid). Greater Binghamton has somany city’s around like Jonson city Endicott Endwell vestal n somany other’s, thanks anyway you did good if possible showing university n our only one Bangladeshi moszid and other one Pakistani that was open 20 years ago,we opened just two years ago…..

house price was 110k with tax & others its take 130k...they pay yearly tax 3700 but here you can get a house within 60k-70k easily. Thank you for watching my video .keep smiling

it’s depends on what type of house if you want residents or multi family house .. you might get minimum 60-70k but it’s needed to work a lot .. 150k-200k little bit work . 200k+ will be better place and better house thank you for more information text me 6076518125
