The best cities in the metropolitan region of Blumenau are Pomerode and Timbó. They are rich cities, by Brazilian standards, and safe.

I've lived in blumenau for 17 years.. And can tell u it's a very rich city indeed.. Many wealthy people here all living in gated condos throughout the city

NI, when you spoke of fencing I assume you meant front to back 4 sides as the usual latin America version vs the North American version of 3 sides, correct ? Unless the fence from your video was strictly for the back and therefore one side only ? Thanks.

Yes fencing on all four sides with a driveway automatic gate.

Yes, it is very common for these things not be installed by the construction company. It was a shock for me when I moved to Brazil because in Sweden a property usually comes with all these things.

It's a nice home, however, are you concerned with the glass wall that is in front of the house? (in terms of safety). Even though you did mentioned it's a safe neighborhood, would this still be something that would concern you?

As long as there is a fence installed around the whole house I would not be concerned about the safety in this area. Its a calm and safe neighborhood.

Fireplace in blumenau? It's 40 degrees most of the time! I'm baffled as to why the house designer would even think of putting one in

It breaks up the wall a bit and adds some interest - it's probably more decorative than anything. Even in the USA, most people I know don't actively use their fireplaces often, though most houses, at least where I have lived, seem to have them.

I just saw now this is the 4th largest from recent times and the worst in 80 years. As well a professor was saying this seems like it's falling into a pattern. I can smell more taxes coming.

Hi, I am doing a video about the flooding now, should be out in a day or two. The flooding is really bad and there is a high risk there will be more this winter. There was a big flood last year as well so its becoming fairly common in rio grande do sul.
