That was so much fun to watch. Definitely my favorite game in your collection was Yellow Pikachu. I have great memories getting this game on Christmas .
Christmas of 1990, I got the Gameboy (which I still have) and Super Mario Land. Opening that up and playing Mario Land will always make me happy. So many memories of sharing, and taking turns with classmates during recess. Another kid had a Gameboy too and we used the link cable to play Tetris against each other. That Christmas, I also got NES stuff - The power glove, little nemo: the dream master, and bases loaded 2.
Little Nemo Dream Master was one of my favorite NES games.. I got it when I was 5 or 6 I’m guessing so Christmas 90 or 91. It was so special getting NES/SNES games as a little kid… just wish we would’ve known to keep all the manuals/boxes etc
Love this kind of format guys, this is highly enjoyable 😊 Gameboy memories are mostly physical: eye strain and neck hurts... Got my connections back in the days and got me a 68 in one cart....a huge MF'er that stuck waybout of the Gameboy and had its own reset button...my fave game on it must have been the Alligator pinball game.... Absolute fave original Gameboy game in general: GARGOYLE'S QUEST...!!!🎉❤
Really enjoy this type of video sprinkled in!! Favorite gameboy game you got was undoubtedly Pokémon Yellow!! My favorite Pokémon gameboy memories are (I hope two is okay lol) 1. Waking up Christmas morning, to find both Gold and Silver in my stocking! I was so excited it’s not even funny haha! 2. While playing Ruby on the playground at school meeting a really good friend that was playing Sapphire. Thanks for the awesome content Chase!! God bless you and the family!!!
OG game boy was the first I played on but it was my older brother’s he let me play it whenever I wanted ❤ I mainly got into games because of him! Super Mario land 2 was the game we both played on it constantly. My mum then got him a sega mega drive so he started playing sonic which became his fave so I took over the gameboy. My mum then got me a gameboy advance when I got older and my first game for that was pokemon sapphire. She picked sapphire for me because sapphire is my birthstone 😅
Mole Mania is still one the best puzzle games ever made (tbh it feels like it was a sleeper in it's time) Makes puzzle games you get on mobile a joke. Never knew there was a PAL exclusive Lolo GB game, too bad we didnt get it here
Totally time machine vintage collection Brother's. My favorite game was Mario Brother's. Happy new year to You and Your Families from Toronto Ontario Canada 😎 👍 ♥️ ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️📺🕹🔊🎶🎶🎶✨️✨️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️✨️✨️💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
Hi Chase and Team, Happy New Year guys. As a Charizard collector and fellow garage saler, I'd like to challenge you to source the entire Charizard card collection in English... strictly from profits or I'd enjoy seeing an episode where the entire profits are gifted to a local family in need this year!
Thanks to this video, and the nostalgia it triggered, I finally found a Gameboy game I've tried to find the name of for over 30 years. Qix! Neighbor had it in the early 90's and I remember loving it.
Funny memory with gameboy. I was renting a game at a rental store, I was trying to rent some weird basketball game and i dont' know why. They accidentally gave me mario land 2 and I loved it. Much better than the basketball game would have been lol
Pokemon yellow is my first game I ever played on my pink gameboy color, lol it had to be pink cause they were all sold out in every color, then I got silver and crystal thinking they were totally dif games lmao. Gen 2 just had released but Crystal is and was my all time favorite.
My favorite gameboy memories would be the day I was given my first gameboy (a blue advance sp for Christmas) by my parents. I still have it and love it so much. The other memory is playing a Pokémon game on that same SP for the first time in college, LeafGreen then going out and buying Blue at a pawn shop and playing it for the first time and learning how Pokémon worked. Loved Pokémon ever since
Crazy seeing Final Fantasy Adventure. That was probably the first video game I ever played. Definitely the first I remember. My grandfather had the DMG with that long ass gray case, Final Fantasy, Super Mario Land and Baseball. I HATED FFA 😂 I had no concept of what an RPG was. FFA is why I almost never played Pokemon because to me, Pokemon looked VERY similar off rip. Glad I ended up continuing with Pokemon for sure.
I’ve been watching your videos the past few days and I thought I was subbed this whole time my b 😅 love the content! Excited to see what’s crazy deals you get next!
price charting is pretty useless for the rarer or more expensive sealed titles. For example, the last comp on that castlevania is actually 2.5k... Often cib comps are included in the new category, or there is just no sales data and they just times the cib price by a certain multiplier which is pretty arbitrary.
I played the absolute shit out of mortal Kombat on the OG Game boy. Was my absolute favorite game until moving to yellow pokemon and played that until the Gameboy color came out.
I have buy some old games and when I get them they are sealed. It is so fun to get a game that no one has played before and open up it for the first time. But I should never pay over $100 for a game. Latest game was Dragon Quest IX for DS or Dragon Quest VI for DS. Both was brand new for one or two years ago. Payed around $60 for them.
Pal price charting values are especially terrible. Assuming that dr mario is a UK release it is likely (well) over 1000. The comps include different language variants the dr mario and puzzle league gba game and the gba nes classics dr mario which is like a 125 euro game sealed. Yes the red stripe seal is a pal thing.
I still have my Gameboy color from my childhood and it still works I just neglect it now but it holds a lot of sentimental value to me had it when I was 6 I am 24 now
Amazing, difficult with such rare games, really enjoy the unwrapping. I’m conflicted tho because although big respect to the OG Gameboy, I just don’t enjoy the monochrome compared to any NES / SNES and beyond with SP etc. Having said that, my favourite would be abe’s adventure, loved those games for PS back in the day ❤
That collection is insane. I'd say grade them all. Best game memories from that collection was super mario 2. My all time favorite game was called Kingdom Crusader. (Only game I could actually beat at a young age lol) then of course pokemon red, blue, and yellow.
The Pinocchio is a German copy variant that's why the box colors look strange. The seal does look strange but could be common depending on the factory.
I have many of those but I just don't understand sealed box collecting at those prices.....prices have got to peak or even fall so I just can't see the flip or investment.....dragons lair is an appalling game as are some others there I would not pay £1 for.....games are for playing and experiencing so this actually winds me up
