With three kids and a hectic schedule, working parents Janna and Michael are desperate for more space. They’ve outgrown their starter home and urgently need a bigger house. But unless they revamp their cramped kitchen, chances are they’ll be staying right where they are.
Drew and Jonathan unveil a plan for the ultimate property swap, and although Jenna is defensive about their feedback at first, the couple agrees to a strategic overhaul. Jonathan makes dramatic changes that make the house sparkle. Meanwhile, Drew finds a perfect suburban home that fits the bill, but is out of the couple’s price range and preferred neighbourhood.
