We have one at our shop and it worked great. Not two years and it quit working. Company wants min 450 dollars to fix it. Very poor warranty. Didn't last

I have been debating on getting one of these but if they aren’t going to back the product that’s this expensive I think I’ll have to pass on it which sucks because they seem to be very popular and a lot of people like them. I have a $400 hulkman 10.0 that works great for me. Haven’t had any issues with it at all. But I really like these units. 😅
More than likely the battery inside is lithium polymer the same as what most RC cars/planes use. Lipo batteries MUST be stored at nominal voltage when they aren't going to be used in the next couple days. Leaving them at full or near full for more than a week is going to cause degradation, not only in capacity but also in internal resistance and IR is directly related to discharge rate. Not sure if the manual says anything about storing at nominal voltage (3.80-3.85V per cell...seeing that the power adapter is 18V I'm going to guess its 4 cells in series?). I guess thats what all those output ports would be good for.
