Nice content sir julius.. pero mas prefer ko bili ng gold na 1 gram bullion bar pataas instead of 0.1 gram na golf leaf. Kasi minsan binbayaran pa ung labor cost. So mas maganda bili na ng mas higher grams. Para isang labor cost nalang.

What i learned from this is gold and diamonds are good investment..when in times na walang wala ka meron ka magagamit or masasanla pag gipit ka at malaking tulong tlaga yan pag nag invest ka ng golds..Hindi xa pababa lalo at habang tumatagal mas tumataas ang value nya..So mas magandang investment yan lalo hindi tulog ang pera mo..😊😊

Utang na loob, gold is NOT an investment. Think of it as insurance. Ngayon, may 100 pesos ka, binili mo ng gold. 10 yrs later,yang 100 pesos mo, because of inflation is only worth 10 pesos. Pero ang Gold mo na 100 pesos mo Nabili, maintained its value. Yung gold mo is 1000 pesos na ang value, same 1000 pesos na makakabili ng grocery na worth 100 pesos 10 years ago. Gold is NOT an investment, parang savings xa na tumataas/sumasabay sa inflation. And for diamonds, guys, there are other precious stones better than diamonds. Pero Kung magkagipitan, easiest to liquidate or ibenta is silver and gold. Hindi bars,usually gram or oz. Sa walang malaking Pera, buy silver coins. 99%. Sa meron ng unti, buy alahas sa sanglaan, they're sold based on their gold value,hindi dahil maganda or may signature. And Madali din I liquidate ang alahas.

I bought a gold bangle, around 44k. Sinangla ko for 62k. I used 30k to invest in my uncle's business. The remainder I used it to buy some silver bullion and put back into my loan. I never sell gold...sangla lang pag kailangan. Then bawiin agad as soon as may pambayad na.
