You could just quickly google interest rates if you don't remember. They were kept at zero for many years (printing money). Our 15 year mortgage was refin. at 2.85%
Can I ask what made you comfortable in waiving contingency on inspection? Would be very curious since I would have no idea on my own if a house I wanted to buy was structurally sound/etc on my own without the inspection. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
