My answer to a question about buying land in Kicuzi:
Kicuzi is a place in Ibanda, Uganda, right up the hill. It is a very high altitude, so it’s a good place for growing coffee, especially Arabica coffee. The people who have grown coffee in that area have done very well. Why? Because it is a highland area, and the temperatures are right, the soils are good and coffee does well.
So if you buy land in such a location, I recommend growing coffee.
