Mark, kudos, Mwanza is a great place to be. It is a laid back city and very affordable and pleasant weather. I will be happy to work with you. I am originally from Mwanza myself an African in a diaspora with two properties on the shores of Lake Victoria. I will be careful though when you are planning to buy large properties anywhere in Tanzania. Make sure you ask other neighbors to make sure that whatever you been told is right!

Yes due Diligence is required, ensure the docs in order. Not everyone can be in Dar. And it’s better to be able to complete all your projects in a peaceful location, that can accommodate all the diaspora, A Hub, food development, accommodation, fish farm and so so much more YES. I’m 100% behind you🤜🏾🤛🏾. I think it’s a very good and by the Lake, 😎😎What?? Just beautiful views. Imagine what can be accomplished. Amazing!! Plse make Sure you get the legalities of owning Land in TZ right. It is impossible to own Land there if you are Not Tanzanian. You need to make a great investment to get it on a 99 yr lease which could be taken back if the gov needs it. So please be careful, however, if the Lord has opened this door no one can shut it. Keep us posted Mark. I am looking for Business opportunities.

And if you’re concerned about the toxicity in plants or fruits or veggies, all you Gotta do is boil them. The other thing you can do as well, is, you can slice them open in quarters or eights and then you let them soak in water and then you bake them in the toaster. The other way you can do that is blanched them, by putting them in the boiling water then put them in ice afterwards. So you can use it for What you Want! Such as Purée for your starches, meats or veggies or you can use them in the smoothies Make pesto out of them (in like a clear plastic bottle salmon) anything over juicing. Just put it blender extra water

You have a hedge! Can I contribute to the "hedge fund?" I'm a little worried about those former fish ponds. I can't imagine the soil is any good after being underwater so long. They will probably be forever swampy. I'm sure the Catholics would have bought that land if it was worth anything. If the original owners couldn't make a go of the fish farm, it would give me pause to try it myself. It looks like someone has been farming corn patches down closer to the lake.

Ur know western Tanzania is a home to snakes called koboko in Swahili (black mamba), there are so plenty of these poisonous creatures , likely the natives Sukuma and Nyamwezi tribes are much good in treating snake bite using local medicines and also have a very strong traditional herb /medicine once applied no any snake can bite or harm you.. I remember when I was still a little boy of 14 or 16 years old our grandma used to apply it over our heads once we wanted to go to the bushes to look for fire woods, guys it was so amazing no snakes did approach us ,when they saw us they ran away, it had a wonderful powerful spirit , oh lord ! oh lord !
