ADD real value instead of just posting content that you clearly know no one will buy into. Be a solution. if your channel is about property. Be the best please. Get places where land is with in range instead of wasting our time with such content.
You right they always show expensive stuff talk of apartments and now land pliz try to show cheAper deals eg there are apartments for 200 dollars or less and lands that goes for as cheap as 5m 10 m per acre even if they abiT out of town

Tendo is so humble! I know these area quite well. I used to do long runs there when I lived in Katabi .A drone footage would have done it more justice because there are very nice houses along that road and Entebbe as a whole. Price is worth it

I had my fingers burnt once through third party fake land purchase, any guarantee that you would offer to build my confidence if I try again ?. I live in the diaspora and not familiar with issues back home.
@Phillip Nyeko better to use a trusted lawyer. Never ever transact anything in Uganda without a lawyer. And before you close on a land deal, I would rather you did that while back home. Don't accept to buy land through WhatsApp or pictures.
Land is quite risky, me and 2 of my friends are planning to buy land in the near future and if you're interested we could make a team go home buy land, demarcate it and make our own residential estate of a few houses and share construction programs.
Why not freehold for foreigners ? The Uganda Government promotes foreign investments and foreigners have civil liberties to own properties 100% under a LEASEHOLD land tenure system.
Has for me Entebbe is my home town and know all places but all what i can say is i don't trust that guy words coz i have ever had person who missed up with same stuff like that, even the price is telling you guys is not true about a big land like that in Entebbe
But can the military be trusted to respect private citizens without abusing their power? I know the Ugandan military has been know to abuse their power because they have guns! I like that piece of land... But how can I be secure when the security keepers are the ones who abuse that right???

No it's not land it's a plot just if not then it's a scam especially in entebbe we were once scammed that side I can never even buy a land or plot there
@@trendeous4070 when buying land automatically you have to involve the land board for title changing and others unless you are buying just a plot and i think it's a plot
