As far as purchasing the properties, it hasn't really affected my business. We primarily purchase these properties off market and use cash and/or hard money loans. The rates on hard money loans hasn't changed much. On the flip side (haha) when selling the properties, rates do tend to impact the sale of the property. However, that is why it is always important to account for worst case scenarios when purchasing a property to flip. Hope that helps!
