when it comes to little things like a dark pool or wall colours, don't be swayed, they're things which can easily be changed to your taste, new bright tiles in the pool and a coat of white paint in every room. no house will be exactly what you want so i would look for the general space which you guys prefer and then you can completely change the interior!

Great advice. Kinda what I said about the dark and gloomy upstairs; a fresh coat of paint will brighten it right up.

Bravo, but maybe they don't want to buy all the paint, and spend their time on painting it all, maybe they just want to buy it pre-made, and be done😌 Idk, my opinion lol

I loved houses 3 and 5. They had a lot of natural lighting and white walls which would be great for filming. I love your channel so much! Good luck finding a house-Merry Christmas!

I loved 3 and 5 but I feel as though when you find the right house, you know as soon as you walk in. There is a sense of home and comfort. I am very happy for you both making such big moves. Keep succeeding and being an inspiration!!!!

I definitely think houses 3 and 5 are really nice and seem to match a bit of the vibe/aesthetic you both want. Each house seems to have a bit of the things you want/are looking for in your house.

I'm so happy for you guys ❤ I like house 3 because as you guys said it is spacious a lot of room where you can move around freely and also a lot of space Charlie to play around and it has nice views where you can stay inside and look at the beach etc. 10/10 for me ❤

I don't like houses by the beach bcuz tsunamis, salt from the sea and hurricanes. It's safer away from the sea and the sea salt won't affect my house structure.

4 had a really nice vibe to it and it was such good lighting and very pretty but 3 was also very pretty and open and spacious and I loved the deck at 3 as well!

The last one is a must have! It has an amazing backyard for your dog, and it has a pool. Not only that but, lets mention the living room and how spacious and gorgeous it is! If you're looking for lots of light there is always stores waiting for you to buy them and you can install them by hiring somebody or putting them in yourself! :)

I liked House #2 the best (love the dolphin fountain) and House #5 second (it seemed the most like a home to me). I don't swim, so I don't need a pool, but I agree with you that space for your dog to exercise is a "must-have". Hope 2022 is going well for you so far, Teagan and Sam!

These houses are in and around Mandurah, 70 kilometres south of Perth in Western Australia, in case you're wondering. ;-) Naturally, Sam and Teagan might need to be as flexible with their choices as they are with their contortion tricks. :-)

I live in Australia! I love it here so many activities and beaches especially for campers but there is also the big city where u can see concerts and go shopping for hours! Your totally right it’s a mix of Florida!

I love house 3 and 4 but just a little tip that I learnt from my dad is that if you live near water that if it is windy the water blows onto your windows and you always have to clean them. I love you guys so much ❤❤

My favourite house was the 5th one because it had amazing views, big spaces, a lot of colour tones and the sea where you could throw yourself whenever you want and the sea animals can come to see you!

House 4!!! There is a gate so you can stay safe, amazing view, you got a pool, the interior looks really good and has a lot of natural lighting.

I think house 3 because it seemed to be the one you guys were most appealed to and it has the most space for Charlie. It was all fenced off which is great when you have dogs, it has a nice view, and it is the most spacious and modern. 10/10 for me 😘❤❤

I love you guys but I like house either 2 or 3. 2 had an amazing yard which means Charlie can run and play. 3 was also very nice and had a lot of good things you both liked. ❤ The biggest thing is that you guys know at the end of the day it is your decision and do not let anyone pressure you into anything even if they have your best interest at heart. I love watching you guys and can not wait to see what the future holds for you both. 😁💜😄 All of your fans are truly happy for you both and will always support you both as who you are.

House number three is my vote. Only because it was spacious and living in a not so spacious home with a dog can be tough. It also matches your style great, i loved the lighting and just the overall look. So my vote is number three😃

I love house 2 i think it would be goood for your likings. You can always change the furniture to make the house brighter, and revenovate it for some rooms. I am a professional house salesman, I do think that the grass area would really fit for your videos and so you guys and charlie could play around. I can't wait to see your other houses! I do think that you guys could find better options depending on whats houses are out there and what you look at.

House 3!! Its really nice, very well decorated an super spacious even on camera! The bedroom is not to basic either! It's cozy and seems super comfortable! 3 is perfect and by far the best for you 2!!

I definitely like house number 3 because for the looks of it, it has allot of room inside and outside. The lightening is very nice it seems like it gets very good nature light, and I also like the grey color outside on the dock it’s so cute and aesthetically, but the one thing is maybe not suitable for your dog because they need a little more grass but overall one of my favorites 💗

I really like house number 4 and although it has not much backyard it has multiple other benefits. I think it would be a good idea to have a look at some other houses as well just to compare house, witch is a good way to find your perfect home.

Does RU-vid really pay THAT much?How did you decide you wanted to buy and in what area? What are your must haves and deal breakers? How are you going about buying a property together? House 5 is a winner if you ask me. It's absolutely stunning, the views are amazing & the design & colors are great. Plus it's got the pool & a bit of grass for Charlie!! I also liked house 3, but with no grass for Charlie idk if it's the right fit for you guys. I'd say keep looking until you find one that feels right for you & when you do find the one jump on it right away.

You looked at some beautiful houses so far. I actually liked house number 5 the best; and as far as the upstairs being dark and gloomy, a little paint can fix that. Overall I am thoroughly enjoying the house tours . Oh and....Merry Christmas Teagan and Sam. 🎄🎅☃️
