Take no opinion of anyone’s that says you don’t do anything you’re part of the infrastructure you’re part of what makes the team work you have a very valuable position and don’t ever forget it. I know this is months ago, but I came across it it’s one of your videos I haven’t seen, you made the children you gave your man a boy to help him run the farm. You’ve really done your work never take that lately. You’re a strong warrior princess Your man and your son and your daughter I’m sure are so proud of you and childbirth put a lot of wear on your body even though you feel so young you’ve done quite a lot and I think your family knows it

Quit worrying about all the negative folks/commenters. Takes away from your content. If they can't appreciate what you put out, that's on them. They aren't even worth the time. ;-) I appreciate the longer videos and I think Ole Chuck could probably learn a thing or 2 from Cody, with that ninja stuff he pulled with that lamb.

Love watching y’all’s content… literally a reminder of the lessons I have learned over the years growing up not too far from y’all, helping my grandparents on their farm/ranch, and what I also learned in ffa/4H to think I’m only 22 and the lessons I have learned from this lifestyle,y’all keep ranching! And also to see the younger generation of Clancy saying yessir/no sir,yes ma’am/no ma’am… we are definitely a dieing breed 😢

My grandfather took me to sale barn in Tahlequah, OK in late 1950's. The Tulsa Scottish Rite Shriners had a calf fry festival years ago. The taste was delicious.

Around here in Illinois they are called Mountain Oysters. I have had beef, hog and lamb fries. Love them all.

Fresh lamb & calf fries are definitely the best! We are lucky enough in Okc to have a restaurant, down in the Stockyards, who serves lamb fries as an appetizer. I do miss the fresh calf fries we always got when my wife was a ranch hand. When we castrated calves we’d always get a bucket full!

I am a retired Chrysler Dodge dealer. When i bought cars at auction I put my list in a clipboard. Bid numbers were stickers so I placed my bid number on the back of my clipboard. To bid I would just flash my number at the auctioneer. If you travel the same auction circuits enough the auctioneers get to know your style.

How I bid depends on who's there. Sometimes you run into competition that likes to run up the bid on ya. That's when you go incognito with the winks and stuff. Love the content though. Y'all are living the dream.

Clifton Livestock commission has reopened as of today y’all. We had 1st cattle sale today under new ownership. Plan on doing a sheep and goat sale at some point in near future. Hope to see y’all out.

Every ranch/farm homestead I watch (if they have cattle/horses/sheep/goats...they are constantly moving panels around to accommodate grass or change of numbers, etc

Growing up raising cattle, I was always glad that... generally...calves didn't try to jump like I always seen lambs and kid goats do. (My uncle's family had sheep and goats.) I would rather have my foot stepped on, or get kicked in the shin, than have a lamb or goat jump into my face.😂

I have never bid on anything. I used to go to the cattle sale barn with my grandfather and he was a bidder!! 😂 He scared me to move cause these old men bid like you showed just moving. 😂 Cody I was scared to just move! Because grandpa told me if I did I would buy a cow , I had to pay for it! Like I had money!!😂

These are hair sheep. The don’t have wool so they aren’t typically shorn.

If you grow up on a ranch in Texas, you have to eat calf fries. I have never had lamb fries though.

I'm completely ignorant to any of this but, is there any risk of infection when you are doing what I assume is castrating the lambs? Or do they heal naturally?
