My dad bought the new "black widow" set from Target, and felt VERY heavy for a $30 set and didn't sound like LEGO, and then inside was a bunch of random sh*t like bags of rocks and macaroni and I was shocked. We are going to return it ASAP but thought I would share this story :)

Rip in New Zealand we r in lock down for 4 weeks and shops have to close and online websites have to shut so I can't buy any lego for the quarintine time. At least I can finish my small backlog

I think the 2006 A-wing is my favorite lego set of all time. It was my first star wars ship when I was a kid and could spend hours playing with it.

I'm currently in the process of collecting every DC Super Heroes set from 2012- I always use eBay for purchases. (I am momentarily excluding any set based off a movie, ie Man of Steel or Justice League) and focusing on the comic based sets

I go on kijiji at least once a week to try to find near by old sets and not to going to lie I’ve found a lot of great sets that I missed out when I was younger. Best ones have to be a brand new Star destroyer(play set) for 300 and sith interceptor for 100 both a major steal(seeing that the SD was 500 and the SI was 250) you never know what your going to find, hopefully more parents cleaning out there kids stuff haha

Super MayoMoanas do you have any sets you wouldn’t mind breaking apart and trying to use to build your own creations for the first time? I always wanted to do this but something about it always made me feel like “no! I don’t want to mix up the piece!” Well. I started today, and I loved it, and what I did was keep all of the parts from the set that I broke apart that I didn’t use in a ziplock bag, so that way, if I ever want to rebuild the original set or sell it, I know exactly how to put everything back in order easily! Just an idea friend! Stay safe!

You can probably get a lot of the shipping from the y-wing refunded. Check what shipping method he used and how much it cost (or perhaps check a price on the box). If its a lot lower than what you paid you can get the difference refunded. Sellers shouldnt be trying to rip you off on shipping to make an extra buck.
