Buying review of the Mercedes-Benz CLS (W219) that was built between 2005 and 2011. This stylish coupe does not have many issues, just a few. Want to know what to look out for ? Check this inspection review.
Owned my 2007 320 CDI FOR 10 years now its done 100k and goes like stink, turns heads, is comfortable and when I drive it like a vicar I get 45mpg! The gen 2 cars looked weird and the gen 3 cars have obviously been styled on the original and best version of this highway monster is stylish silk pyjamas!
Bought one last week to replace my C200. Had it 3 days and it has dropped all the steering fluid… ow sat in my parking lot like an ornament. Dealer Woburn Auto aren’t interested …
Is it a good idea if I buy a 2006 model in these days? Or is it a bad investment. I want it as a second car I love it very much but I dont want it to live in the garage. And whats the differnce between the 350 and 500 other than speed ?
Advice I was given is, only get a model from second half of 2006 onwards as the early models have SBC which has a shelf life and very costly to repair. From 2007 model onwards SBC was replaced. The petrol 350 and petrol 500 are different engines, 500 far more performance but far lower mileage and higher maintenance costs.
@@th3h1ghlander much appreciated mate. This is a class care, Hopefully I'll get it as soon as I find what I'm looking for to be my second go to Benz beauty!!
