Think twice before get a house with large lawn and driveway. We need to maintain lawn if it is individual house and snow removal is also another concern if we have a large driveway. If it is townhouse or condo it's fine. Most probably will be cover in hoa.
First you should check the house number with your horoscope. Just check the number isn't unlucky to your family. Then the direction to the entrance if it isn't south face it is fine. Then look at the things that anything need for replacement or repair then you decide. As my opinion check the price with house value. Moreover the school besides the house is good. This is one time investment so be careful.
Hi dear its a really good deal. But u shuld definitely ensure that all things are disposed before u move in. Ensure good closet space in all rooms. Its a good advantage that all bedrooms r in same floor but all rooms are little small in the video, culd be bcoz of the furniture. Kitchen space is really good so no worries on that. I really doubt if they can give u a empty shed n empty house loads of unwanted things ensure its empty and neatly painted. If all the needs are met dont think about how old the property is. If the fixtures are fine. Then go for it. Good luck.
Nice house overall, but my personal suggestion is don't get house which is too Old. Get only if ur fully satisfied akka. U will get even more good new Home, All the Best!!
Hey Swetha !! Let me tell you from my personal experience..There are multiple things that needs to be renovated in the house house like doors,closet, paint and floor as it gives a old feeling.. Apart from that please check the age of the roof, furnAce heater etc..considering it Is a 90 year old house pls think about the resale value .. the indoor living space is smaller than outdoor.. as you know in NJ you can’t spend much time outdoor due to weather restrictions .. If if I were you I would always prefer decent indoor space than outdoor anytime.. These are my personal experience from my house hunt..End of the day decide what you feel, God bless you all!!!!

House always looks good when seeing from outside but my suggestion is pls don't buy old houses since it requires lot of interior repairs once u start living u would be knowing the problems, pls try not to buy more than 10 year old houses. All the best for ur house hunt.
