SONY A95K I own it as well. It is a true king. My king. My guys from the store I bought in my country they used a steel trolley car to take it out from the store for protection and transport then I did carry it by myself and one ex-coleague from workplace until my home address including taking it to stairs up until 5 stages of hell.
The funny thing is the music piqued my interest that I watched the whole thing. Probably without the music I would just leave to a different video, but something about the music just seemed to beg me to stay and that I did.
You should see how tvs are thrown around during transport! The Best Buy guy was being gentle by comparison! Your best bet ,especially with a premium TV, is to pay for installation. That way, if there is any damage to the tv or screen, it can be documented by the installer, and they usually exchange it out for you without any issues. The problem with installing yourself is if there are any issues out of the box, the retailers very first comment will be "you must have damaged it"! It then sometimes can take several phone calls and emails to rectify the situation. Customer service is dead nowadays, and retailers won't hesitate to throw the blame on customers!
