Another game I can take off the list of “ games I have vague memories of playing as a child, but cannot remember how I got a hold of, cannot remember the title, and no longer own.”
Steb if you read this, this is one of the ESA runs that I consistently go back to. Great commentary, great run. You don't let the empty crowd on the late-night block get you at all. Quality stuff
I rented this game from blockbuster one time as a kid! I only really remember the bomb levels and in particular the wolf level! I can't believe i was so close to the end the whole time! :(
I remember being a little kid and you still playing this game all the time I absolutely love this game I probably love this game almost as much is the Toy Story game for the PS1 this game was so Kick-Ass I just wish I had it for consoles I only had it on my PC
Wow... This brings back memories. I'd love to pick this game up again. Also: 12:20 The composer for this game worked on the Journey, Bloodborne, and God of War soundtracks??? *mind blown*
That was one of the first video games I was obsessed with as a kid and I'm glad you're giving it the exposure it deserves. A lot of reviewers like to bash this game, but I still find a lot to enjoy about it. It would never happen but I wish they would do an hd remake of this game. How are you playing this by the way? Is it an emulator? Or is it on a service like Steam? I'm interested in playing it on PC but I want to be safe and legal. I don't know much about PC gaming.
On the topic of NOS4A2 and the turrets, i always assumed the ones you have to destroy would supply him with energy. you can see them shoot some electricity when he's nearby. destroying the turrets makes it so he can't get his energy so he dies
I swear when I was a kid there was the boss who is in a chair I couldn't beat him so I tried and tried and one time I started the level and win immediately!! I think it is an undiscovered glitch that happened around ... Let's see 19 years ago
When I play that game on ePSXe on my computer, I would say to the bosses that I'm going to report them to the authorities. I'm not actually reporting the authorities. It's just a joke when I'm battling a villian in a video game.
The game is worse than I remembered, but it's definitely a charming game and a fun time if you don't mind grinding missions. As a speedrun, it's actually pretty dope.
