April 15, too early for BWCA camping trip? I was planning on camping on Little Bass Lake for the week but due to wind and ice I decided to stay on South Hegman for the night. My kick-off trip to the 2024 season.
No problem. Not sure if that means you did enjoy it or you thought it was boring. I guess when I can’t wait to get out in the woods I enjoy watching camp setup and the typical camping experience. Thanks for watching I do appreciate it👍
@@CommonManCamps-dz6ur Not boring in the least. By typical I should have further defined as typical for me. I’ve never been on a canoe trip where everything goes as planned. I do enjoy watching how you set up camp and the equipment you use. I’m always on the lookout for better and lighter.
That’s awesome. I realized you had a similar comment on my October trip and did indeed enjoy it. When first reading it I thought maybe you were being sarcastic. Then felt bad for doubting that you did indeed like it. I’m glad you enjoy it. Thanks for watching. Enjoy your Canoe trips. It’s always good to be out in the woods.👍
You are living the dream my friend. You should titled it "Just burning some wood" haha! You crave a good adventure, mixed with a little risk. Love it See you On The Trail/Water Some Day Mik
Hey man great one nighter man. Awesome place. That’s all that’s needed. I’m a new subscriber from down south Louisiana. Looking forward to more trips and always safe travels
It’s a Cook Custom Sewing 10 x 10 1.9 Silicone Tarp. The Saw is Big Boy Silky Folding Saw. I personally wish I would’ve got the 10 x 14 1.1 silicone tarp. With the extra 4 feet you could angle it down to block whichever way the wind is coming from. I have the 15 x 15 1.1 silicone tarp, which is awesome but sometimes campsites are just too small for it. The tarps are made here in Minnesota 👍
Sure, it’s registration for the Canoe. Minnesota requires it. It’s like tabs for your car but good for 3 years. All boats and water craft need them unless under 9 feet i believe in Minnesota
