I think a lot of people are forgetting about shielding and health regen when talking about effective hp. If you have sustain you get more return on armor investment

its true, im surprised after it happened he didn't even talk about that being one of the possibilities he should have done. no way he was getting out either way without wasting flash with trist there, and even if he lived, the total time spent running away and recalling is longer than the respawn timer from executing himself

I like E max Garen into Jax, if he jumps on you press E, time your W with the end of his counterstrike, auto, Q and run away.

@@3kittenlover Not at all. I hardly ever lose to ranged matchups with Garen anymore. Take ignite, second wind, buy dorans shield. Use the bushes to your advantage. Give up cs to stay healthy so when you are level 6 all in with ignite and ult, flash if you have. Garen stat checks every ranged matchup in laning phase, you just have to stay healthy so you can win an all in and don't get behind in XP.

@@3kittenlover Oh well he's like most bruisers in that regard. That's why you save flash for important fights. But I would think Garen would be trying to front line in this game and try to help nami defend and peel for the vayne.
